Our formal complaints process:

Acknowledgement:
We will try our best to first try to resolve any complaints via an informal resolution. However if the informal resolution isn’t successful, you can make a formal complaint to info@futureheatltd.co.uk where we will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days.

Information Gathering:
The team will obtain as many details of the complaint as possible from all parties involved.

Investigation:
A senior officer from the relevant department will investigate the concerns raised.

Response:
A written response outlining the investigation’s findings and any actions taken will be provided within 25 working days.
